Refund and Return Policy
At ONRÍ Opulence Enterprises, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship, detail, and energy that go into every creation. To maintain the integrity of our collections and uphold the exclusive nature of ONRÍ Opulence, the following policy applies:
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all ONRÍ tags, seals, and certificates intact.
- For leather goods and custom apparel, returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects.
- Limited-edition and custom-crafted items (including monogrammed, engraved, or personalized pieces) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection and approval.
- Refunds cover product cost only. Shipping fees, import duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
- If a discount or promotional code was used, the refunded amount reflects the discounted price paid.
Exchanges
- Exchanges may be granted for size adjustments or defective items, pending availability.
- To initiate an exchange, contact support@onriopulence.com within the 14-day return window.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your product arrives damaged or defective, email support@onriopulence.com within 3 days of delivery.
- Include clear photos of the item, packaging, and your order confirmation number.
- Once verified, ONRÍ Opulence will replace or repair the item at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are final sale: custom or made-to-order products, gift cards, and digital products.
